Natalie Tashlerova – Philip Tashler spoke about performance at the European Championships 2024
Natalie Taschlerova – Philip Taschler after the rhythm dance:
Natalie: “We are so happy to be back, and also with such a rolling performance. The last month was hard, we came back to Italy on December 8 and haven’t rested since. But today it paid off.
The break also helped us mentally. I learned a lot about Prague, attended some boxing classes, and learned a lot about myself. Everything seems to happen for a reason!”
Filip: “I had food poisoning for about a month in the fall and lost a lot of weight. But I continued to train hard. Then found out I had a spinal fracture, skated with it on painkillers at Skate America. Eventually the doctors advised me to take 9 weeks off the ice to recover.
I did a lot of walking around Prague to speed up my recovery and luckily the injury went away quicker than expected.
It’s good that I finally discovered my city Prague for real.”
