Laurence Fournier-Baudry and Nicolai Sorensen have been declared for the Four Continents Championships.
The tournament will be held in Shanghai from January 30 to February 4.
Earlier, the duo withdrew from the Canadian Championships due to allegations of sexual assault against their partner.
The victim of the alleged rape was a 22-year-old figure skater at the time and now a coach from the United States. The incident occurred on April 21, 2012 in Connecticut. Sorensen is now under investigation by the authority responsible for the integrity of sport in Canada (OSIC).
