The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation conducted an inspection of Kamila Valieva’s personnel at the request of RUSADA.
This is stated in the motivation part of the decision on the case of anti-doping rule violation by Kamila Valieva.
“Law enforcement authorities at the request of RUSADA from February 17, 2022, conducted an inspection of the athlete’s personnel, which did not establish the fact of inducement to use prohibited substances and methods on the part of the athlete’s personnel, of which RUSADA was notified by a response letter from the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” the document says.
It is reported that RUSADA’s investigative department also investigated Tutberidze’s coaching staff, but found no violations.
