CAS has registered appeals on the figure skaters’ team event at the 2022 Olympics.

The International Skating Union (ISU) moved the Russian team from first place to third place after the annulment of Kamila Valieva’s results. Team Canada remained in fourth place.

One appeal was filed by Skate Canada and COC Canada, as well as the Canadian team of Madeline Skizas, Roman Sadovsky, Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier, Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro, Vanessa James and Eric Redford. The Canadians are demanding that they be awarded the bronze medal.

Three more appeals were filed by the Russian Olympic Committee, the Russian Figure Skating Federation and the Russian team of Kamila Valieva, Mark Kondratyuk, Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Galliamov, Victoria Sinitsina and Nikita Katsalapov. The Russian side insists on awarding the figure skaters the gold medal.
