Alexandra Trusova showed a quadruple cantilever.

Russian skaters Alexandra Trusova, Mark Kondratyuk and Alexander Samarin held a master class on the ice of CSKA.

They gave the children tips on how to perform jumps and did some exercises.

After the master class, there was a signing session.

The skaters themselves did not jump today. Kondratyuk showed rotation, but did not jump a quadruple flip.

Trusova also did not jump, but she showed her trick – cantilever. She invited the young CSKA singles players to do it. For a moment it seemed to be easier for the girls to do it. Until it came to the quadruple cantilever. Yeah, that happens, too. It looks like this (although two of the four contestants didn’t make it).

Alexandra Trusova published pictures of a new photo shoot in a tight black sports uniform. In some pictures Trusova is wearing skates, in others – without them.

“Soon,” Trusova captioned the photos, adding a smiley face of fire.

At the beginning of the 2022/2023 season, Trusova moved from Eteri Tutberidze’s group to CSKA’s Svetlana Sokolovskaya. Alexandra finished second and third at the Russian Grand Prix. When the national championship was held in December 2022 in Krasnoyarsk, Trusova dropped out of the program on the day of the short program because of a high temperature. After that, during the New Year holidays, Alexandra performed in Yevgeny Plushenko’s show.
