List of all evidence submitted by Kamila Valieva in the doping case

1. There is no documentary evidence that Solovyov (grandfather) used trimetazidine at the relevant time.
2. There is no evidence that Solovyov bought trimetazidine.
3. There is no documentary evidence that Soloviev used trimetazidine prior to December 25, 2021.
4. The only evidence of his use of trimetazidine are two medical records dated March 2022 and December 2022, i.e., after the athlete’s February 8, 2022 notification. Dated after the event, they “have no probative value”.
5. Mr. Soloviev “refused to testify for health reasons.” His testimony before the court was a pre-recorded video and a written statement. None of his testimony was verified.
6. There was no independent evidence to support Mr. Soloviev’s use of trimetazidine.
7. “It is “almost impossible” to believe that a person can be on medication for years for heart problems “without any evidence of it.
8. There is no independent evidence of how trimetazidine got into the strawberry dessert. Mr. Soloviev’s testimony on this point is “inconsistent.” In his February 8, 2022 deposition, he stated that he “always” takes pills by chewing them; in his May 17, 2022 explanation, he stated that he crushes pills on a cutting board and that the trimetazidine in the strawberry dessert could have come from the same cutting board.
9. There is no independent evidence to corroborate the Athlete’s testimony that she took the strawberry dessert with her on the Moscow-St. Petersburg train and how and when she ate the dessert prior to December 25, 2021.

10. The Athlete’s mother did not mention the strawberry dessert in the March 15, 2022 deposition; however, in a subsequent deposition, she stated that the Athlete took the strawberry dessert with her to St. Petersburg.
11. “Totally implausible” that an athlete at such an elite level would take a homemade strawberry dessert with her across Russia and eat it while competing.
