Kamila Valieva fell from the quadruple tulup at the practice before the free program
The women practiced before the free program at the Russian Championships.
Kamila Valieva fell from the quadruple tulup in the run-through, then performed triple flip – double tulup, triple rittberger, triple lutz – triple tulup, triple flip – double axel, double axel. Fourth tulups outside the run-through also failed – twice Valieva made a mistake on landing.
Adelia Petrosyan started her routine with a quadruple flip, then did a clean quadruple tulup, but fell from the second quadruple tulup. Then triple rittberger, triple lutz – axel, triple flip – triple tulup were performed.
Sofia Muravyeva jumped triple axel, triple salchow, triple flip, triple rittberger – double tulup, triple lutz – triple tulup, triple flip – double axel – double axel, triple lutz.
The women’s free programs will be presented today, starting at 15.00 Moscow time.
