“Today, after the performance, I realized that I just can’t believe that I was able to finally roll clean. I used to be very stable, that was my strong point. But recently something broke and I was making mistakes all the time. I realized that I don’t believe in myself anymore, especially after yesterday’s performance.

But at night I had a dream where I successfully rolled clean, and it was a foreshadowing dream. I went out on the ice and skated for myself, not counting on anything.

I think Nicki Minaj’s latest album, which came out yesterday, played a role. Yes, there’s a lot of profanity in there, but the most important thing is that this music makes me stronger, I feel like a boss, haha.

I also decided to change my dress for the free program because the previous one was too heavy for me. Yes, it was a real work of art, a dream in the form of a dress. However, it was difficult for me to fully reveal myself in it, it kind of outdid myself, so we decided to choose something simpler. Perhaps that helped too.
