Dmitry Kozlovsky, shared his impressions of his participation in the doubles event at the Russian Jumping Championships.
“I enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed when Sasha performed the quadruple ejection. I can say that Sasha is a great girl, I think that if it wasn’t for her desire, her aspiration to conquer new quadruple heights, I would hardly be the person who would force my partner to do such actions. No, really, Sasha was very good here, when she said at the end of the tournament: “Dima, let’s go to do a quadruple throw in public”, I had already accepted it and just accompanied her in her adventure called quadruple salchow. We still have this series continuing tomorrow.
In general, in principle, this tournament is unique in its kind. I think it deserves more and more viewers to watch it. You asked about the sounds when the timer started ticking – that was the only distraction. We were coming in for a quadruple ejection, and I said: “Sash, turn off the timer,” Kozlovsky said.
