CAS may publish the motivation part of the decision on Valieva’s case at the end of next week

“An arbitral award rendered by a CAS panel is currently subject to confidentiality review, which means that parties may request that the award or certain information contained therein remain confidential. For this reason, the award was not immediately published on the CAS website.
The review will take several days, but it is possible that the award – either redacted or complete – could be published by the end of next week,” the court said.
