Kostornaia and Kunitsa will perform to the song that Kostornaia performed to in singles competition
Aliona Kostornaia and Georgy Kunitsa decided to change the musical accompaniment for their short program.
Since the beginning of the current season, they have been performing under the song “Crazy in Love”. However, at the upcoming Russian Championships they plan to present their short program to the music of “The Departure” by Max Richter.
This music is not new to Kostornaia, as she has already used it in previous performances when she competed in singles skating. In the 2019/20 season, she achieved a win at the Grand Prix Final and became European champion to Richter’s music.
